The best chance to receive your order by a specific date is to upgrade to USPS Priority EXPRESS 1-2 day shipping as this shipping method is USPS Guaranteed. All other shipping methods; USPS First Class 2-6 day and USPS Priority 2-4 day are only estimated timelines and are NOT guaranteed by USPS.

Care instructions
To ensure lasting colors;
DO wash the shirt inside out in cold water.
Ok to dry in low heat or air dry.
DO NOT use bleach, fabric softener or harsh detergents.
DO NOT iron over the design.

Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed & ships out in 1-3 Business Days but we always try to ship quicker (Weekends and Holidays are NOT considered business days). Orders with Full Customization are typically processed and ships within 3-5 Business Days. Processing times (Design, Print, Pack) DOES NOT include the shipping times. Shipping times will depend on the shipping option you choose during checkout and your location.
First Class Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business days
USPS Priority EXPRESS: 1-2 Business days
International Shipping: 1-3 weeks
--> Please note that choosing Priority Shipping or Priority Express does not expedite the processing of your order. It only speeds up the shipping delivery.
Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are Final.
Since our items are made upon order we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. However, if we do make printing mistakes or have sent the wrong item, we are more than happy to replace the product.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Wrong Shipping Address
All of our shipping labels are purchased and printed through Etsy using the address you entered during checkout. Please ensure that you correctly entered the shipping address as we will not be responsible for the items that are not delivered or delivered to the wrong address or any delayed shipment due to the incorrect address.
We will notify you if your package is returned to us and you will need to purchase a new shipping label so that we can resend your package.
Requests for Proofs
We typically don't send out proofs as we realistically can't accommodate it when all of our customers ask for it. So we have to take a holistic approach that if we can't accommodate all of our customers then we can't make too much exceptions as it would not be fair to previous and future customers. It would set us way behind schedule in fulfilling customer orders that are currently being processed, packed, and shipped.
The only exception is if a customer requests a fully customize design that is not in our current listings. Then we would work with the customer to create a design specific to their requests and send out a proof once the final design is complete.

Baby Bodysuit Brands
We ONLY use Just One You Carters® Brand Bodysuits from Target and Gerber Organic Onesie® to print all of our designs. We believe them to be two of the best baby bodysuits/Onesies® out in the market. We are pretty proud to be using these brands for our prints versus the lesser quality bodysuits that are available.
